ARH Senate – The ARH Senate is composed of 27 voting representatives (Senators) from the 9 Hall Associations.  Each association is granted three to five seats (one vote per hall association), and they regularly make decisions on several issues, including room/board rate increases, policy changes, and other issues affecting residence hall students.

ARH Committee System – The ARH Committee System could look at issues directly and make recommendations to the ARH Senate.  There are two types of committees; Standing and Ad-Hoc.  Standing Committees are defined in the ARH By-Laws,.  Ad-hoc Committees are formed based on needs of the ARH Senate. 

Financial Board – The Financial Board meets every other week and is chaired by the Finance Director. During these meetings, the Financial Board reviews all financial requests and discusses the allocation of funds. Funding requests greater than $1000 are sent to Senate meetings with a suggested amount to be funded. The Finance Director also educates the financial board members on how to budget and spend their money responsibly.

Cabinet – Comprised of the Associations Director (chair) and the Presidents of each hall association, the Cabinet focuses on how to improve the hall associations and promotes collaborations between the halls. In addition, they are responsible for coordinating educational events.

Vice Presidents Committee – Comprised of the ARH Student Life Director (chair) and the Vice Presidents of each hall association, this committee focuses on the hall improvements and safety/security in the residence halls.

Programming Committee –​​​​​​​ Comprised of the Co-Program Directors (chairs) and the Program Directors of each hall association, this committee meets to discuss the events going on in the halls and receives advice from the other programmers. Collaboration with ARH and the other halls is promoted during these meetings, and often multiple halls will share one event.

Communications and Marketing Committee –​​​​​​​ Comprised of the ARH Communications and Marketing Director (co-chairs) and the CMD Directors of each hall association, this committee meets to promote committee and effective advertising in the residence halls.  This committee may be responsible, but not limited to: Public Relations, newsletters, and campus-wide initiatives.
